Metals USA’s steel service centers offer a wide variety of metal products including flat rolled steel sheets. A mainstay in the automated manufacturing industry, flat rolled steel is strong, durable, and highly versatile. Specifically designed to be deployed in high volume steel processes, flat rolled steel requires advanced machinery for cut-to-length processing. Metals USA has state-of-the-art equipment including a Herr Voss leveling line that can process coils up to ½” thick and up to 96” wide. To maximize efficiency for customers, Metals USA can also level coil products up to 650” in length. Coil slitting and precision blanking are also offered which allows coil product to be cut to a smaller size and prepared for additional steel processing.
